Hi Peeps,
Heres an unfortunate annoucement. I got to reinforce on the new policy in case it wasnt clear at the start.
For new buyers, heres the procedure
1) leave a comment / email sweeetnothings@gmail.com or sweeetnothings@yahoo.com.sg to purchase
2) Upon confirmation, please transfer funds within 3 days. Extension of payment dateline is reviewed on a case by case basis. I really dread to chase customers for payment and I really have been very patient and accomodating but unfortunately was taken for granted.
3) Email me your address upon funds transferred.
For meetups or remake items : A deposit or full payment has to be fulfilled first before I start work. To reserve an item in the shop, a full payment would have to be made too.
I am sorry for putting every terms and conditions so upfront. I personally dread it as it somehow creates a rather commercialise environment. However, recently I had a very unpleasant incident where I had go all the way to accomdate buyers unfortunately, due to some reason, I was taken for granted.
I really do not wish to sound very desperate for the payments but please , I hope of you, enquire for purchases and confirm them when you really do want them, thanks.
